Tune in and connect with your body by expanding your sense of interoception & proprioception. Learn to sense your body from the inside out and where your body is in space. Developing these senses awakens you to your vitality and the rivers of energy within (nadis).
Attending Virtually? We use props so set yourself up with blocks/books, blanket, pillow/bolster/couch cushion, strap or tie, and a blanket. A journal is recommended for workshops.
