Attending Virtually? We use props so set yourself up with blocks/books, blanket, pillow/bolster/couch cushion, strap or tie, and a blanket. A journal is recommended for workshops. Looking for a movement class? I recommend Laughing River Yoga. Begin with gentle or restorative.
