Learn to sense your body from the inside out and the perception of where your body is in space by exploring interoception & proprioception through traditional yoga techniques and practices. Developing these senses awakens you to your vitality and the rivers of energy within (nadis).
Attending Virtually? We use props so set yourself up with blocks/books, blanket, pillow/bolster/couch cushion, strap or tie, and a blanket. A journal is recommended for workshops.
