Sacred Emodiment is an experiential retreat for those ready to reclaim or deepen their relationship to their body. As a group, we will do so through spiritual connection, yoga practices, and embodied ecotherapy. Nature will be our source for healing on this retreat. 
​
In a culture of disconnection, learning these practices and remembering our true nature is essential. We will soak in a day of regeneration that supports a new way forward. This retreat welcomes those ready to shift negative body image & emotional eating issues. Open to all gender identities.

Water, tea, snacks, meditation cushions, and chairs will be provided. Bring a lunch, yoga mat, journal and anything you need to be comfortable. We will be indoors & outdoors - expect to move as well as be still at times.

Retreat Agreements
-Read and sign retreat agreement prior to start date
-Acknowledgment that the retreat experience is not a replacement for mental health counseling or support and is intended to be educational and experiential
-Support creation of community guidelines & agreements
