Fridays 10:45a - 12p, Gentle Yoga thru Laughing River.
Tune in and connect with your body by expanding your sense of interroception, the sensing of your body from the inside out and proprioception, the sense of where your body is in space. Developing these senses awakens you to your vitality and the rivers of energy within (nadis).

Attending Virtually? We use props so set yourself up with blocks/books, blanket, pillow/bolster/couch cushion, strap or tie, and a blanket.
