This class offers space to tune in and connect with your body by expanding your sense of interroception, the sensing of your body from the inside out. Developing this sense awakens you to your vitality and the rivers of energy within (nadis). Bring props: blocks/books, blanket, pillow/bolster/couch cushion, strap or tie.
