For the yoga practitioner ready to take their practice deeper. Single or multiple sessions available. For multiple sessions, expect to develop a regular practice that weaves yoga and it’s philosophy into daily living.
- 30 minutes - Come with one focus. Enough time for a brief assessment. Expect to learn one technique or posture to work on
- 60 minutes - Come with 1-2 points of focus or questions. Enough time for an assessment and guided physical practice. Expect to learn 1-2 new techniques to practice at home.
