For the yoga practitioner ready to take their practice deeper. Single or multiple sessions available. For multiple sessions, expect to develop a regular practice that weaves yoga and it’s philosophy into daily living.
- 30 minutes - Come with one focus. Enough time for a brief assessment. Expect to learn one technique or posture to work on
- 60 minutes - Come with 1-2 points of focus or questions. Enough time for an assessment and guided physical practice. Expect to learn 1-2 new techniques to practice at home.
- 90 minutes - come with 1-2 points of focus or questions. Enough time for an assessment, in-depth check-in, and guided physical practice. Expect to learn or refine 3-4 techniques and postures for home practice routine. This option is best for students regularly practicing at home and in classes.
